2026年7月28日，新西兰讯——新西兰财政部长 Nicola Willis 表示，截至目前，全国已有超过97,500个家庭领取了FamilyBoost育儿补贴，用于减轻幼儿早期教育（ECE）费用负担，显示政府扩大补贴政策已取得积极成效。

Nicola Willis表示，养育年幼子女需要承担较高的经济成本，政府致力于通过切实有效的政策，为双职工家庭提供支持，帮助家长更好地兼顾工作与家庭生活。

她指出，政府于去年扩大了FamilyBoost计划，希望让更多家庭获得补贴，同时提高补助金额。

补贴力度全面提升

根据调整后的政策：

• 早教费用报销比例由原来的25%提高至40%；
• 每周最高补贴金额由75新西兰元提高至120新西兰元；
• 申请资格扩大至家庭年均收入最高229,000新西兰元的家庭。

财政部长表示，最新数据显示，政策调整已取得明显效果。

自扩展实施以来：

• 家庭平均领取金额增加约70%；
• 在过去三个季度中，平均每季度有12,331个家庭每周获得75新西兰元或以上的育儿补贴；
• 截至目前，2026年第二季度（6月季度）已有9,498个家庭每周领取至少75新西兰元补贴，而相关申请仍在持续处理中。

已有约11.5万个家庭注册

政府数据显示，自扩大计划以来，FamilyBoost注册人数持续增长。

截至目前：

• 约115,000个家庭已完成注册；
• 超过97,500个家庭已至少领取过一次补贴。

Nicola Willis鼓励符合条件的家庭尽快通过新西兰税务局（IRD）申请。

她表示，注册程序仅需数分钟，而且家庭可在四年内追溯申请符合资格的补贴，大大提高了政策的灵活性。

减轻育儿负担 鼓励重返职场

财政部长表示，托儿及幼儿教育费用一直是许多家庭，特别是新手父母重返职场时面临的重要经济压力。

政府希望通过强化FamilyBoost计划：

• 减轻家庭育儿成本；
• 支持更多父母重返就业市场；
• 帮助家庭更好平衡工作与照顾子女的责任；
• 为儿童创造更好的成长环境。

她强调，支持工作家庭、帮助孩子拥有良好的成长起点，是政府推动经济发展和改善民生的重要组成部分。当家庭能够更轻松兼顾工作与生活时，不仅有利于父母和孩子，也将促进整个新西兰经济的发展。

Over 97,500 New Zealand families have now received FamilyBoost payments to help with the cost of early childhood education, Finance Minister Nicola Willis says.

“Raising young children comes with significant costs, and this Government is committed to backing working parents with practical support that makes a real difference,” Nicola Willis says. 

“Last year we expanded FamilyBoost because we wanted more families to benefit and to receive larger payments.

“We increased the rebate from 25 per cent to 40 per cent of eligible early childhood education costs, increased the maximum payment from $75 to $120 a week, and expanded eligibility to families with an average household income of up to $229,000 a year.

“The latest figures show those changes are working. The average payment has increased by 70 per cent, and across the three quarters since the expansion an average of 12,331 families each quarter have received $75 or more each week towards their childcare costs.

“The June quarter is still being processed, but already 9,498 families have received $75 or more a week in FamilyBoost payments, with more claims continuing to come in.

“FamilyBoost is about making it easier for parents to balance work and family life while easing pressure on household budgets.

“We know that childcare costs can be a significant barrier for families, particularly when parents are returning to work after having children. That’s why we’ve strengthened FamilyBoost so more working families can access meaningful support.

“Since the scheme was expanded, registrations have continued to grow. Around 115,000 families have now registered for FamilyBoost, with over 97,500 families having already received at least one payment.

“I encourage anyone who thinks they may be eligible to register through Inland Revenue. It only takes a few minutes and families have up to four years to make a claim.

“Backing working parents and giving children the best possible start in life is part of this Government’s plan to fix the basics and build a stronger future. When families have more support to balance work and family life, they’re better able to get ahead, and that’s good for parents, children, and the wider New Zealand economy,” Nicola Willis says.
