新西兰中华文化艺术学院区本院长举办2026书画作品观赏晚宴

【奥克兰讯】2026年3月15日,新西兰中华文化艺术学院区本院长在奥克兰柏悦酒楼成功举办了书画作品欣赏晚宴。晚宴展出了数十幅精美的书画作品,涵盖传统与现代风格,充分展示了中华艺术的深厚底蕴与创新魅力。

晚宴现场气氛热烈,中外嘉宾纷纷到场,共同欣赏这些艺术珍品,并就书画艺术的传承与发展进行了深入交流。此次活动不仅为艺术家提供了展示平台,也进一步促进了中外文化的交流与融合。出席活动的嘉宾包括中国驻奥克兰总领馆楼柏芊参赞、于立群领事,国家党国会议员李志妍女士、陆楠女士、张隽浩博士,前工党国会议员、交通部长及移民部长麦克·伍德先生,前工党国会议员陈耐锶女士,西区区议员Susan叼女士,奥克兰艺术馆(Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki)代理馆长汤姆·欧文先生(Tom Irvine,Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei),奥克兰中国文化中心王建文主任,新西兰中国友好协会奥克兰分会副会长内维尔·坎特先生(Neville Cant),前国家党国会议员、新西兰华商联合总会主席杨健博士,新西兰侨媛会会长丁梅女士,以及两百多名当地艺术家、美术爱好者和侨团代表。

区本院长表示,本次晚宴旨在推动中华文化在新西兰的发展,同时为书画爱好者搭建交流与欣赏的平台。未来,学院将继续举办更多高水平的文化艺术活动,丰富当地文化生活,增进中外艺术界的互动与合作。

New Zealand Chinese Culture and Arts Academy Hosts 2026 Calligraphy and Painting Appreciation Dinner

[Auckland News] On March 15, 2026, Director Ben Ou of the New Zealand Chinese Academy of Culture and Arts successfully hosted a calligraphy and painting appreciation banquet at the Cypress Restaurant Auckland. The event showcased dozens of exquisite works of calligraphy and painting, spanning both traditional and contemporary styles, fully highlighting the depth and innovative charm of Chinese art.

The banquet was held in a lively atmosphere, with guests from both China and New Zealand attending to admire these artistic treasures and engage in in-depth discussions on the inheritance and development of calligraphy and painting. This event not only provided a platform for artists to showcase their works but also further promoted cultural exchange and integration between China and New Zealand.

Distinguished attendees included Counselor Lou Baiqian and Consul Yu Liqun from the Consulate-General of China in Auckland, National Party Members of Parliament Ms. Melissa Lee, Ms. Nancy Lu, and Dr. Carlos Zhang, former Labour Party MP and former Minister of Transport and Immigration Mr. Michael Wood, former Labour Party MP Ms. Chen Naisi, West Auckland Councillor Ms. Susan Diao, Acting Director of Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki Mr. Tom Irvine (Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei), Director Wang Jianwen of the Auckland Chinese Cultural Centre, Vice President Neville Cant of the Auckland Branch of the New Zealand China Friendship Association, former National Party MP and Chairman of the New Zealand Chinese Business Association Dr. Yang Jian, and President Ding Mei of the New Zealand Overseas Chinese Women’s Association among others. Over 200 local artists, art enthusiasts, and representatives of overseas Chinese organizations attended the event that day.

Director Ben Ou stated that the purpose of this banquet was to promote Chinese culture in New Zealand while providing a platform for calligraphy and painting enthusiasts to exchange ideas and appreciate art. Looking ahead, the Academy will continue to organize high-level cultural and artistic events to enrich local cultural life and enhance interaction and cooperation between Chinese and international art communities.
