新西兰中国和平统一促进会声明
坚决拥护中共中央台办的十项政策措施
（二〇二六年四月十二日）
近日，中共中央总书记习近平与中国国民党主席郑丽文在北京举行了具有重要意义的历史性会晤，为两岸关 系和平发展注入新动力。会晤后，中共中央台办受权发布了促进两岸交流合作的十项政策措施，涵盖经贸往 来、文化交流、青年合作等领域，旨在为两岸同胞创造更多便利与机遇。
我们对此表示最坚决的支持和最热烈 的拥护，并愿在新西兰华人社区积极推动相关交流活动，促进两岸民间交流交往。 我们认为，这些措施充分体现了大陆对台湾同胞的亲情和善意，是推动两岸关系和平发展、深化两岸经济文 化交流合作的具体行动。它们不仅为台湾同胞在大陆学习、工作、生活提供了更多便利与实惠，也有力地促进 了两岸融合发展，维护了台海地区的和平稳定。
我们坚信，在中央对台方针政策的正确指引下，两岸同胞共同 努力，必将不断增进福祉，携手共创民族复兴的美好未来。 中央台办的十项政策措施，是“两岸一家亲”理念的具象化，是实现中华民族伟大复兴进程中不可逆转的 历史潮流。
我们呼吁广大台湾同胞，抓住大陆高质量发展的历史机遇，与大陆同胞携手同行。任何分裂国家的 图谋都不得人心，我们将一如既往，坚定支持祖（籍）国统一，反对“台独”分裂活动，团结新西兰华侨华 人，促进两岸交流合作，为推动两岸关系和平发展，为中华民族的伟大复兴而不懈努力。

Statement of the Peaceful Reunification of China Association New Zealand
Firmly Supporting the Ten Policy Measures Issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee
Recently, General Secretary Xi Jinping of the Communist Party of China Central Committee held a historically significant meeting in Beijing with Zheng Liwen, Chairperson of the Chinese Kuomintang, injecting new momentum into the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations. Following the meeting, the Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee, under authorization, released ten policy measures to promote cross-Strait exchanges and cooperation. These measures cover areas such as economic and trade exchanges, cultural interaction, and youth cooperation, aiming to create more convenience and opportunities for compatriots on both sides of the Strait.
We express our strongest support and most enthusiastic endorsement of these measures and are willing to actively promote related exchange activities within the Chinese community in New Zealand to enhance people-to-people exchanges across the Strait.
We believe that these measures fully demonstrate the mainland’s goodwill and affinity toward Taiwan compatriots. They represent concrete actions to promote the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and to deepen economic and cultural exchanges and cooperation. These initiatives not only provide greater convenience and tangible benefits for Taiwan compatriots to study, work, and live on the mainland, but also effectively promote cross-Strait integration and safeguard peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait region.
We firmly believe that, under the correct guidance of the central government’s policies toward Taiwan, compatriots on both sides of the Strait, through joint efforts, will continue to enhance well-being and work together to create a bright future for national rejuvenation. The ten policy measures issued by the Taiwan Affairs Office embody the concept of “one family across the Strait” and represent an irreversible historical trend in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
We call on our fellow Taiwan compatriots to seize the historic opportunities brought by the mainland’s high-quality development and move forward together with compatriots on the mainland. Any attempts to split the nation are against the will of the people. As always, we will firmly support the reunification of the motherland, oppose “Taiwan independence” separatist activities, unite overseas Chinese in New Zealand, promote cross-Strait exchanges and cooperation, and make unremitting efforts to advance the peaceful development of cross-Strait relations and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
