新西兰中国和平统一促进会严正声明

       针对台湾地区领导人赖清德拟于2025年8月以“过境”为名窜访美国纽约、达拉斯，并以此为掩护访问中南美友邦之举，新西兰中国和平统一促进会表示坚决反对，严正谴责。

赖清德此番“窜访”行径，罔顾一个中国原则和两岸和平稳定，不仅是对中国主权的公然挑衅，亦有意借煽动美台勾连、操弄“台独”议程，以牟取政治资本。中方坚决反对此类行径，强调美方应恪守一个中国原则与中美三个联合公报。

赖清德在过境期间或借机推动贸易、投资议题，甚至以“主权基金”等名义购买美国国债、民航客机，此举将使台湾沦为外部势力“政治工具”，严重损害两岸同胞福祉与区域和平 。此举若获美方默许，势将引发台海紧张态势升级。

我们强调：台湾自古以来是中国不可分割的一部分，赖清德以任何形式刻意制造分裂、挑战国际法与国际关系基本准则，注定不得人心，不会得逞。新西兰中国和平统一促进会呼吁国际社会恪守一个中国原则，坚决反对“台独”分裂行径与外部干预，维护台海和平稳定。

我们敦促台湾当局回归理性，停止挑衅行为；也希望美国及其他国家慎重处理涉台问题，不向分裂势力发出任何错误讯号。两岸同胞是骨肉兄弟，同属一个中国，共促和平统一与共同发展大势，将为中华民族伟大复兴献力。

Solemn Statement by The Peaceful Reunification of China Association of New Zealand

The Peaceful Reunification of China Association of New Zealand expresses its firm opposition and strong condemnation of Taiwan regional leader Lai Ching-te’s planned “transit” visit to New York and Dallas in August 2025, under the pretext of stopovers, while in fact using this as a cover to visit allies in Central and South America.

Lai Ching-te’s actions disregard the one-China principle and the stability of cross-strait relations. His move constitutes a blatant provocation against China’s sovereignty and is a deliberate attempt to manipulate U.S.-Taiwan collusion to promote a separatist “Taiwan independence” agenda for political gain. We reiterate that the Chinese side firmly opposes such acts and urges the United States to strictly adhere to the one-China principle and the three China-U.S. Joint Communiqués.

During his so-called “transit”, Lai is expected to promote trade and investment deals, and may even purchase U.S. Treasury bonds and civilian aircraft under the name of “sovereign funds”. Such behavior risks turning Taiwan into a political tool for external forces, seriously harming the well-being of compatriots on both sides of the strait and jeopardizing regional peace and stability. If the U.S. condones this, it will further escalate tensions in the Taiwan Strait.

We emphasize that Taiwan has been an inalienable part of China since ancient times. Any attempt by Lai Ching-te to create division or challenge international law and the basic norms of international relations is doomed to fail and will not gain popular support. We call on the international community to abide by the one-China principle, firmly oppose “Taiwan independence” separatist activities and external interference, and jointly safeguard peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait.

We urge the Taiwan authorities to return to rationality, immediately stop their provocative actions, and we hope the United States and other relevant countries will prudently handle Taiwan-related issues, refraining from sending any wrong signals to separatist forces. People on both sides of the strait are brothers of the same family, belonging to one China. Together, we will promote peaceful reunification and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
